1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the PackNDash website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Services Description
PackNDash provides professional moving and packing services in the UAE. Services include residential moves, commercial moves, packing, unpacking, and storage services as described on our website.
3. Booking and Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual move requirements. A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the move unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability and Insurance
All moving services are covered by our comprehensive insurance. However, liability is limited to the declared value of items being moved. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about items to be moved and ensure legal and safe items for transport. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, weapons, and items of illegal nature.
8. Limitation of Liability
PackNDash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or website use.
